Crew Lead/Foreman

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Crew Supervisor to lead our construction teams on various projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction management practices. As a Crew Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction crews to ensure timely project completion.
• Review project schematics and plans to understand project requirements and specifications.
• Manage budgeting processes, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and within financial constraints.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all team members.
• Provide training and support to crew members, fostering a collaborative and productive work atmosphere.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations.

Experience

• Proven experience in construction/landscape management or a related field is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints.
• Previous experience supervising teams on construction sites is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Landscape/Hardscape Management: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

• English and spanish (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
