Location: 1929 at Garden of the Gods Trading Post, EllyBlue, and Stella & Beau locations
Compensation: $14.81-18.50, plus commission
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will work closely with the team to drive store sales by demonstrating attention to detail in supporting and selling goods to guests, while maintaining the visual integrity of the store. By authentically and attentively engaging with customers, you will assist them in finding the perfect items, and foster connections that enrich their shopping experience. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers as they enter with authentic enthusiasm.
- Ask customers open-ended questions to identify their shopping needs and use your knowledge of inventory to support and guide them.
- Provide product story, features and benefits of all merchandise.
- Maintain and communicate current knowledge of merchandise to guests.
- Use your knowledge of fashion and style to help customers match pieces together.
- Provide excellent customer service by checking in with customers, listening to their feedback and guiding them through the shopping process.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure all guests’ needs are met.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain visual integrity and inventory by pricing, stocking, cleaning displays, folding, sweeping, etc.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting and long-lasting relationships
- Previous experience in high end boutique a plus
- Knowledge and experience of the luxury retail sales process a plus
- Experience selling a premium apparel brand preferred.
- Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
- Ability to perform and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
