Responsibilities :
- Resident Care First : Ensure resident care remains the top priority for all staff, with external services meeting all regulatory and organizational standards.
- Uphold Residents' Rights : Protect residents from abuse and neglect, and provide ongoing staff training on their rights and protections.
- Maintain Staffing Levels : Oversee scheduling to ensure appropriate staffing and management coverage at all times.
- Financial Oversight : Prepare and submit financial reports aligned with corporate guidelines.
- Address Concerns : Handle complaints from employees, families, and visitors with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
- Community Engagement : Represent the facility positively within the community while promoting its services.
- Safety Leadership : Implement and monitor safety programs, including fire prevention, chemical handling, and ergonomic practices, ensuring a secure environment for all.
