Position Overview:
The Maintenance Technician will oversee the general operation and maintenance of our facility, including both interior and exterior tasks. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Electrical and plumbing repairs
- Light construction
- Appliance installation
- Drywall patching and painting
- Coordinating services with external vendors
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a proactive approach to prioritizing tasks. A minimum of two years of relevant maintenance experience is required, with experience in senior living environments and working with state and local inspection agencies considered a plus. A valid state driver’s license is required.
