Duties
- Manage phone systems, including answering calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages as necessary.
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proofread documents to ensure clarity, correctness, and adherence to company standards.
- Organize and maintain filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
- Provide general clerical support including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and ordering office supplies.
Skills
- Proficient in computer literacy with a strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with phone systems and excellent verbal communication skills. Bilingual preferred
- Strong proofreading skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and maintaining organized records.
- Knowledge of DocuSign or similar electronic document management tools is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team environment.
