Minnesota Urology is looking to hire a dedicated Revenue Cycle & Privacy Manager to our team. Full-time benefit-eligible position.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVE: Responsible for overseeing the Finance and Accounting department including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Pre-Registration, Credentialing, Coding, and Medical Records. Ensures revenue cycle management processes are efficient and effective. Coordinates day-to-day activities of department staff monitoring achievement of department goals. Acts as Business Services liaison for employees, management team, and physicians to ensure appropriate and timely follow-up. Serves as the Privacy Officer for Minnesota Urology.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a Finance or Accounting concentration, or Associate of Applied Science in Health Information Technology or Medical Coding preferred.
- Five or more years of revenue cycle management experience are required.
- Five or more years of supervisor experience with demonstrated experience in team building, motivating, coaching, and training staff.
- Robust working knowledge or training with CPT, ICD-9, and ICD-10 coding and applicable regulations.
- Knowledge and experience with information privacy laws, access, release of information, and release control technologies required.
- Prior knowledge of basic medical insurance information, procedures, and reimbursement practices as well as ongoing knowledge about federal legislative changes affecting outcomes.
- Experience with insurance filing and applicable regulations required.
- Current working knowledge with EMR's and practice management systems required.
- Knowledge of NextGen Medical Practice Management and Urochart EMR, or Athena preferred, but not required.
- Proficient Microsoft Office Suite skills required.
