Garden Spring Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, a long-term care facility in the Philadelphia suburb of Willow Grove, PA, is seeking to hire compassionate Registered Nurses to join our care team!
Full Time- Schedules Available.
**New Staffing Rates**
Shift: 3-11p
Must have an active RN license in the state of PA.
Supervisory responsibilities to provide:
- Oversight and serve as a resource to the direct care staff
- Support to the DON and Unit Managers with staffing and activities as assigned
- Direct patient care when necessary and/or assigned
How to be a successful candidate:
- Have at least 1 year of experience working in a Long-Term Care or Rehabilitative facility
- Have at least 1 year supervisory experience preferred
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills
