Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting customers, managing sales, and maintaining product displays to ensure a welcoming shopping experience.

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in product knowledge to enhance their shopping experience.
• Provide knowledgeable product demonstrations and answer customer inquiries regarding features and benefits.
• Handle sales transactions accurately using the order processing system, ensuring proper handling procedures are followed.
• Engage in upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Supervise junior staff members as needed, providing guidance and support to foster a collaborative work environment.
• Exhibit excellent etiquette when answering customer inquiries, ensuring all communications reflect the brand's values.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred.
• Strong sales skills with a proven ability to upsell products effectively.
• Ability to perform product demos confidently and knowledgeably.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and interpersonal interactions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
