Sales and Marketing Coordinator

Job Description:
As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the office’s administrative needs and assisting various departments. Your role will include handling scheduling, maintaining records, assisting with customer service and performing other tasks as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Answer and direct phone calls
• Manage and schedule appointments and meetings
• Organize and maintain reporting logs and CRM entries
• Prepare and proofread correspondence and documents
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations
• Lead/assist in projects as needed including marketing material creation, data analysis and event planning
• Provide general administrative support to staff
• Assist with customer service inquiries, emails, and general communication
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher preferred)
• 2-3 years of administrative experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) as well as Google Workspace
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Compensation:

· $22 -$26 per hour based on experience
