What are the responsibilities and job description for the Handy Man position at Garden State Painting and Pressure CLeaning LLC?
To perform handyman services in residential rental properties. Jobs are located throughout Pinellas, Pasco and Hillsboro counties. The jobs consist of carpentry, painting and drywall repairs. Must have at least 5 years experience with residential home repairs. The position will require a vehicle to travel independently to job sites. Must have basic tools to complete repairs.
