Garden State Tile is currently seeking an exceptional Sample Department Warehouse Manager to join our TEAM! As the Sample Department Warehouse Manager, you are responsible to manage the movement of sample materials in a timely manner and with great attention to details in the sample department warehouse for each facility, outside sales team, client and team member to ensure customer satisfaction and providing the highest level of concierge customer service to every client in a timely safe, accurate, and efficient manner.
This position offers a competitive base salary range of $55,000 to $60,000 per year.
The Sample Department Warehouse is equipped with state of the art wireless warehouse technology using Epicor Prophet 21 technology and is located on Route 34 in Wall Township New Jersey. The facility hosts our sample warehouse, production department, facility warehouse and a design center providing quality ceramic, porcelain, stone and more to tile contractors, builders, dealers, architects and retail consumers.
Our sample department warehouse hours are 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.

- Manages all warehousing functions of the Sample Department managing the packing and shipping customer sample requests accurately and with a great sense of urgency
- Responsibility for inventory maintenance, picking, packing, and distribution duties to meet the daily exceptions of the organization while maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient warehouse through the adherence of federal, local and company policies.
- Responsible for the management of the warehouse teams including personnel issues such as the recruitment, training, and discipline that strengthens employee engagement that is consistent with our company policies and culture.

- Ability to work independently and problem solve.
