What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Associate position at Garden State Tile?
Responsible for providing effective, accurate and timely concierge customer service for all internal and external customers as well as team members. Responsible to perform an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse in a timely safe, accurate, and efficient manner. Perform cycle counts as scheduled and preserve accurate inventory. When necessary, assume any position as needed and / or directed to achieve company's daily output needs.
Requirements
- Meet and greet every guest that visits our warehouse.
- Be obsessed by the quality, cleanliness and look of our warehouse.
- Receive and enter all shipments arriving in the warehouse.
- Accurately prepare all orders for shipping and pick-ups.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Process transfers and orders in and out of the warehouse.
- Maintain proper safety procedures.
- Make sure that every guest who leaves our warehouse has had an authentic personal meaningful experience.
- To go above and beyond in providing extreme concierge customer service to every client.
- Continually educate yourself on our products and our company so you can offer meaningful information to all our guests.
