Job Title: Charge Nurse

Requirements:
- Active nursing license LVN or RN
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Charge Nurse or in a similar leadership role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong attention to detail
