RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides daily resident and patient activities in accordance with the calendar and as instructed by the Life Enrichment Director.
- Ensures that the Plan of Care is maintained for the resident or patient.
- Provides for assigned resident and patient Activities of Daily Living (ADL) including scheduled activities, personal hygiene, comfort and safety, ambulation, lifting, skin care, nutrition, and hydration.
- Answers resident calls promptly.
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid and active C.N.A. Certification
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
