Gardener's Kitchen is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to help with customer orders and support.
Customer Service Representative:
- Answering phone calls for product and service questions; suggesting information about other products.
- Respond to email correspondence quickly and competently.
- Processing, picking and packaging orders.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.
- Be a multi-tasker, switching between multiple screens and programs with speed and ease in order to provide quick and accurate information.
- All other basic functions(faxing, filling, record keeping and data entry).
Qualifications:
- A pleasant, friendly attitude with an ability to adapt to change.
- Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
- Must be able to work 7:00am-3:30pm M-F.

Salary : $30 - $50
