About Us:
Gardenia in Los Gatos, CA is the flagship location for Gardenia Coffee Inc. Nestled in a historic Victorian style mansion, Gardenia is situated in a prime location – the heart of bustling Los Gatos downtown.
We will offer the finest beverages with a focus on distinctive coffee and wine. Along with our drinks, we will provide patrons with delectable food, exceptional service, & hospitality.
We are looking to expand our team with people who are just as passionate about our mission as we are. We aim to host patrons in a space with a pleasant and warm ambience. Gardenia will serve as a community hub for locals and visitors alike, helping foster genuine connection through weekly events and neighboring partners.
Server, Wait Staff Requirements:
- Have a proficient knowledge of our menus and be able to answer questions about our food, beverages and other restaurant services.
- Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders accurately for the kitchen and bar.
- Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely matter.
- Perform side work at the start and end of each shift as required by service station assignment.
- Prepare the final bill and accept payment.
- Ability to keep up with rotating specials
- Must have/willing to obtain a California Food Handlers Card and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification
- Restaurant experience (1 year preferred)
- Toast POS experience preferred but not required
- Must have partial mornings and weekends availability
