What are the responsibilities and job description for the Merchandiser position at GardenPRO?
Seasonal Position - Spring/Summer
We are a commercial wholesale grower that provides live goods to multiple retailers throughout the year. Our focus is to providing high quality plant material and superior customer service to all our retail partners.
This is a seasonal position with flexible hours and after completion of onboarding, you can start immediately when the Regional manager lets you know.
Duties and Requirements:
- Display and maintain live plant product in large garden center
- Assist other merchandiser(s) with, displays, watering, signing, etc..
- Sign and merchandise all live goods
- Communicate with supervisor in a timely manner
- Able to walk, stand, reach, lift and move weight up to 30 lbs.
- Must be able to work on Saturdays
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Interact with store personnel and customers in a professional manner
- Positive attitude
- Reliable transportation
- Smart phone with ability to download required apps
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Up to: 40 per week
