Summary of Role :
The Unit Manager plays an integral role in the success of our team, our community and creating a place our residents are proud to call home. The primary purpose of this position is to assist the nursing processes and to coordinate with the DON daily on unit needs. Such duties must be in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility and as may be required by the supervisor.
