What You’ll Do :

Lead Your Own Community : As the Administrator, you will be the heart of the facility, overseeing all operations, resident care, and ensuring the highest standards of service are consistently met.
Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a compassionate team of caregivers, ensuring they deliver the best care possible. You’ll build a positive, collaborative environment that empowers your team to thrive.
Resident Care and Wellness : Oversee medication management, assist with care plans, and provide hands-on care when needed. You’ll ensure that every resident receives the personalized care they deserve.
Engage with Families : Maintain open communication with family members, providing regular updates and offering reassurance about the care their loved ones receive.
Drive Operational Success : Manage daily operations, including staffing schedules, regulatory compliance, and facility maintenance, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

What We’re Looking For :

QMAP Certification and at least 2 years of senior care experience.

Experience in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.

A compassionate, patient, and positive attitude, with a genuine passion for enhancing the lives of seniors.

Strong leadership and organizational skills to guide your team and maintain smooth facility operations.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
