Reports to : Resident Care Coordinator
Supervises : Memory Care Med Techs and Caregivers
Schedule : Tuesday through Saturday 2p-10p
Compensation : starts $23 / hr DOE
Job Summary :
Gardens Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Memory Care Supervisor to oversee the care and well-being of residents in our memory care unit. This role ensures high-quality care by leading and training staff, implementing person-centered care programs, and maintaining compliance with state regulations.
