Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service
- Perform opening and/or closing duties while completing daily checklists
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the store
- Maintain plant quality
- Process inventory
- Follow safety protocols and proper tool care
Requirements:
- Must be able to work in many weather conditions, including rain, heat, cold, snow, etc.
- Weekend availability a must
- March 1 - May 31 (potential for longer, if needed)
Minimum Qualifications
- Willingness to expand plant knowledge
- Ability to lift 40 lbs continuously
- Ability to follow through on assigned tasks
- Team player mindset
- Gardening/Horticulture Background (preferred)
- Sales/Retail experience (preferred)
