Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Manage scheduling and appointments for staff members.
- Maintain an organized filing system for documents and records.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, typing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as needed.
- Support office management functions to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Provide personal assistant support to executives or managers when required.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an office management or receptionist role is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including experience with Google Suite applications.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist is advantageous but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration are a plus.
