Gardiner House is seeking a reliable and guest-focused Night Guest Services Agent to oversee the property during overnight hours. This role is primarily responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction, handling late-night check-ins and requests, and maintaining a secure and welcoming environment. Unlike a traditional night auditor role, this position does not require financial auditing responsibilities—your focus will be on guest services and property oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and efficient guest service throughout the night, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
- Respond to guest requests, inquiries, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitor the property for security and safety, ensuring a calm and quiet environment.
- Assist with minor housekeeping or maintenance requests, such as replacing amenities or addressing noise complaints.
- Handle basic administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, preparing wake-up calls, and organizing front desk reports.
- Maintain lobby cleanliness and ensure common areas are presentable.
- Coordinate with morning shift staff to ensure seamless transitions and communication.
Qualifications:
- Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain alert and attentive during overnight hours.
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with hotel reservation systems is a plus.

Pay: $18.44 - $24.00 per hour
