ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Maintain and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems like RTUs, boilers, chillers, and more.
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and solve complex HVAC issues.
- Complete work orders and keep detailed documentation of maintenance performed.
- Perform start-ups on new equipment, following manufacturer procedures.
- Carry out scheduled maintenance to keep systems running smoothly.
- Build positive customer relationships through excellent service.
- Stay safe at all times, following safety protocols and best practices.

Physical Requirements:
You’ll be performing hands-on work and repairs, which will include:
- Getting up on rooftops (via ladder) to access HVAC equipment.
- Loading and unloading tools and equipment from your work van.
- Lifting up to 75 lbs on occasion, and up to 25 lbs overhead.
- Climbing ladders and extending reach overhead as part of your daily tasks.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of commercial/industrial HVAC troubleshooting experience (or 5 years of residential HVAC experience).
- Experience with commercial chillers is a plus.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and maintain HVAC systems.
- NATE certification is a plus.
- Universal Refrigerant Certification is required, and OSHA 10 certification is preferred.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
