Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their unique needs and recommending tailored HVAC system solutions that align with their business objectives
- Act as a trusted technical advisor, providing expert guidance on HVAC system specifications, design, and integration to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction
- Conduct comprehensive site assessments to accurately assess client requirements and propose customized HVAC solutions that meet both performance and budgetary goals
- Develop and present detailed, technically accurate proposals and system designs to clients, effectively communicating complex technical information in a clear and understandable manner
- Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory changes to offer cutting-edge solutions that keep clients competitive and compliant
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth while maintaining a focus on building long-term client relationships and ensuring post-sale support
- Represent the company at industry events, meetings, and conferences to expand business development opportunities and increase brand visibility

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related technical field;
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in HVAC sales, engineering, or a related field, with a solid understanding of commercial HVAC systems, design, and installation
- Proven ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise
- Demonstrated experience in preparing detailed proposals, cost estimates, and system specifications tailored to client needs
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to develop customized solutions for clients
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
