What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facial Plastics Medical Assistant position at Gardner Facial Plastics?
Job Description:
-Coordinate ENT/Facial plastics patient appointments
-Keep patients informed with pre- and post-operative instructions
-Work closely with surgeon and facial plastic coordinators
-Ensure all necessary authorizations and paperwork are completed for functional surgeries
-Helps Dr Gardner present facial plastic quotes to patients
-Maintain accurate patient records and scheduling systems
-Work part-time as an ENT Medical Assistant, part time as Facial Plastics coordinator assisting with patient care
