What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mental Health Therapist - IFSP Program position at Gardner Family Health Care?
Gardner Health Services is currently recruiting to fill three (3) Mental Health Therapist positions. These are full-time, 40 hour / week positions in the Intensive Full Service Partnership Program in the Adult / Older Adult Division of Gardner's Behavioral Health Department. These positions are based out of the Corporate Offices located at 160 E Virginia St, San Jose, CA 95112. Under the supervision of the Intensive Full Service Partnership Program Supervisor, the MHT will conduct assessments; provide psycho-education, rehabilitation, and group counseling services as well as plan coordination with other service partners and stakeholders to provide identified services to clients. MHT will provide community based, intensive services, including targeted case management to the adult or older adult and their family. Culturally competent and linguistically appropriate service delivery will be provided to a caseload of clients as needed and determined by the treatment team.

Gardner Health Services is now offering hiring bonuses for qualified Mental Health Specialists and Mental Health Therapists! Mental Health Specialist with a Bachelor's Degree will receive a $5,000 bonus and Mental Health Therapist's with a Master's Degree will receive a $7,500 bonus.

Minimum Qualifications :
The minimum qualifications of this position is listed below. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
MHT I - Must be registered with the CA Board of Behavioral Science (BBS) with proper proof of registration and have obtained an effective Waiver of Licensure from the Santa Clara Department of Mental Health.

Compensation :
Compensation and level of position placement will be determined based on relevant experience and education.
MHT I : $81,170.43 - $94,098.78 / Annually
