Qualifications Required :
- 10 years of experience in IAM, PAM, or cybersecurity roles, with at least 3 years specializing in PAM solutions.
- Hands-on expertise with Delinea (Secret Server, Privilege Manager, Cloud Suite) or similar PAM tools (BeyondTrust, CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault).
- Strong understanding of privileged access security best practices, identity governance, and access control models.
- Experience integrating PAM solutions with Active Directory, LDAP, cloud IAM services, SIEM tools, and DevOps environments.
- Scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Python, or APIs) for PAM administration and automation.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (NIST, SOX, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to work with both technical and business teams.
