- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the Aerospace & Defense market.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the DoD and defense OEMs.
- Deliver high-quality sales presentations and proposals to secure new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to develop innovative solutions for customers.
- Manage and negotiate contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in Aerospace & Defense.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, MBA or advance degree. Pilot certification or relevant technical credentials a plus.
- Strong ability to engage with engineering teams and technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with DoD contracts, SBIR/STTR programs, and small business incentives.
- Demonstrated success securing business with major OEMs and government programs.
- Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
