Gardner Standard LLC offers a challenging and rewarding sales career opportunity in the Aerospace & Defense market. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for driving growth, identifying new business opportunities, and expanding our presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the Aerospace & Defense market.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the DoD and defense OEMs.
  • Deliver high-quality sales presentations and proposals to secure new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to develop innovative solutions for customers.
  • Manage and negotiate contracts to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in Aerospace & Defense.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, MBA or advance degree. Pilot certification or relevant technical credentials a plus.
  • Strong ability to engage with engineering teams and technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with DoD contracts, SBIR/STTR programs, and small business incentives.
  • Demonstrated success securing business with major OEMs and government programs.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
