Gardner Webb Women's soccer is seeking applicants for the position of Athletic Graduate Intern (AGI) for Women's Soccer. Qualified applicants will assist in fostering a highly competitive and positive team culture where high-quality relationships with fellow coaches and student-athletes are emphasized. This is a full-time, 12-month position.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the head coach to prepare practice plans and directly assist with strategic and personnel decisions
- Assist the head coach to coordinate and execute a successful recruiting strategy to build the best possible chance for championships
- On and off-field skill instruction
- Goalkeeper training
- Office duties including team and individual video analysis
- Assist with equipment storage
- Bachelor's degree required
- Acceptance into a GWU graduate program required
- Valid driver's license required
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Coaching experience is desired with the purpose of coaching as a career
