Duties
- Oversee daily operations of the customer service department to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Implement and maintain customer service policies and procedures to improve overall customer experience.
- Utilize retail math and inventory management skills to address customer inquiries related to product availability and pricing.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) systems and ensure accurate transaction processing.
- Analyze customer feedback and sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Foster a multilingual environment by encouraging team members who speak multiple languages to assist diverse clientele.
- Collaborate with sales management to align customer service strategies with overall business goals.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction.
Experience
- Proven experience in a customer service management role or similar position within a retail environment.
- Strong understanding of recruiting processes, training development, and team leadership.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and familiarity with retail math concepts.
- Experience in inventory management is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and team members alike.
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing our ability to serve a diverse customer base.
