- High school diploma/ equivalent
- 1 years' restaurant experience a plus
- Minimum 16 years of age
- Able to excel in a fast-paced, guest driven restaurant, willing to cross train between dish and bus.
- Knowledge of food service regulations, wiling to train
- Able to stay on your feet for an extended period of time and lift up to 25 lbs
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Busser-Clean, sanitize and reset tables, to facilitate guest seating. Maintain clean floors in and around dining area
- Dishwashing operator-clean pots, pans, dishes, and all items used in a kitchen or restaurant, and deliver finished materials to their proper storage location.
- operate the dishwashing machine or wash dishes by hand, and maintain the entire kitchen clean. Dishwashing machine cleaned every 90 minutes
- Cleaning the floor and walls.
- Offering support help to cooking staff where requested.
