Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picker/Packer to join our growing team in the Indianapolis-Noblesville Metropolitan Area. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking and packing orders to fulfill customer requests, ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment.

Responsibilities:

· Accurately pick and pack orders based on customer requirements, ensuring that the correct items and quantities are included.

· Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in restocking shelves or bins as needed.

· Document and label materials according to procedure.

• Utilize paperwork and picking queue to determine the correct product and quantities to be picked, packed, and shipped

· Inspect items for damage or defects and ensure that products are properly packaged and shipped.

· Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.

· Operate various warehouse equipment, including scanners, pallet jacks, and other tools as needed.

• Operate a fork truck within all required safety guidelines, working with management on improving safety and product flow

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment setting is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions carefully and ensure accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 pounds regularly.
• Able to walk, stand, bend, and squat during designated work hours.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate with supervisors and other team members.
• High School Diploma

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
