External Candidate ~$1,500.00 sign-on bonus
The position is remote based in the Middletown CT area covering Central and Southern and Eastern CT.
A company car will be provided.
The working hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm with off hours and weekends as needed.
GENERAL PURPOSE
Maintain in-store compliance at stores within the assigned geographical area while monitoring and supplying goods of
service to each customer.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure displays are set to plan-o-grams
- Check and report product voids
- Maintain ad hoc merchandising
- Manage inventory levels minimizing out of stocks and dump
- Execute all sales programs, POP (point of purchase) materials, and work to maximize sales in each store
- Set new stores and perform required resets
- Manage in-store customer fulfillment programs to include scan-based trading and web-based ordering
- Travel to customer store locations as required within a specific geographical area
- Assist with customer service issues or complaints
- Complete pricing surveys as required
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 2 to 4 years of retail, customer service, or related experience
- Certification and/or License – may be required during course of employment
