Duties

- Assist the public with inquiries regarding court services and documentation.
- Draft legal documents and correspondence as required by court regulations.
- Manage filing systems to ensure easy access to essential records.
- Handle cash transactions related to fees for services provided by the courts.
- Collaborate with other departments, offices and counties to facilitate the smooth operation of court functions.
- Ensure compliance with legal standards and procedures in all administrative tasks.
Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred, particularly in a legal or governmental setting.
- Familiarity with legal administrative tasks, paralegal duties, or litigation processes is advantageous.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
- Excellent customer service skills to effectively assist the public and address inquiries.
- Proficient organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
