- • Assisting the Youth Services Coordinator with programs, events, and outreach for children and teens
• Leading storytime in the absence of the Youth Services Coordinator and helping plan and run teen programs
• Providing excellent customer service by assisting patrons with check-ins, renewals, issuing cards, and payments
• Answering reference questions, offering Reader Advisory services, and helping locate materials
• Helping with shelving, maintaining materials, and evaluating items for updates or removal
• Assisting patrons with public computers, printers, scanners, and other technology needs
• Designing and updating library displays, signage, and promotional materials
• Participating in library events such as summer reading programs, concerts, book clubs, and outreach activities
• Ensuring a safe and welcoming environment by following opening/closing procedures and maintaining library policies
