Job Title: Landscape Apprentice
Position Overview: Are you ready to build a career in the exciting world of landscape construction? As a Landscape Apprentice, you will receive hands-on, on-the-job training while learning the latest techniques in landscaping, plant installation, and snow removal. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that works together to bring projects to life, with the opportunity to advance through our 5-level apprenticeship program.

5-Level Apprentice Program:
Level 1: Apprentice (Entry-Level)
- Responsibilities: Assist senior landscapers with plant installations, hardscaping tasks, and site preparation. Help with snow and ice removal during winter months.
- Learning Opportunities: Basic plant care and installation, landscape construction techniques, and safety protocols.
- Pay: $17/hr
Level 2: Junior Landscape Technician
- Responsibilities: Take part in planting, maintaining garden beds, and assisting with the installation of hardscapes (patios, walkways, retaining walls). Help with snow removal as needed during winter.
- Learning Opportunities: Intermediate plant care, landscape construction, and basic design techniques.
- Pay: $19/hr
Level 3: Landscape Technician
- Responsibilities: Independently install plants and trees, build hardscapes, and manage small projects. Lead smaller snow and ice removal teams during the winter season.
- Learning Opportunities: Advanced plant installation techniques, small project management, and virtual design and construction workshops.
- Pay: $23/hr
Level 4: Lead Landscape Technician
- Responsibilities: Supervise and mentor junior team members, lead plant installations and hardscape projects, and manage snow removal efforts during the winter months.
- Learning Opportunities: Leadership development, advanced project management, and client communication skills.
- Pay: $28/hr
Level 5: Landscape Construction Specialist (Full Journey)
- Responsibilities: Lead large-scale landscaping projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and client satisfaction. Manage seasonal snow and ice removal services and client relationships.
- Learning Opportunities: Full mastery of landscape design and installation, advanced project management, and business operations training.
- Pay: $35/hr

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
