Organize team schedules and tasks
Client performance research
Reporting
Providing detailed prep for the Director's upcoming calls

Minimum Qualifications
2 years of administrative support
High school diploma or GED
A desire to work on a team, a commitment to learning, and flexibility to work in a constantly evolving environment
Exceptional computer skills (MAC skills preferred)
High-level expertise in spreadsheets, word processing, and project management
Google platform proficiency
Type 50 WPM
Problem-solving skills and strong attention to details
Flexibility to multi-task and interact with and report to multiple individuals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Salesforce.com
Experience on a Mac
