This marketing-oriented position will allow you to strengthen your dental experience while using your talents to tackle lead conversion and patient acquisition challenges. You'll Offer :
- Phenomenal service during our patient's first interaction with our practice

- Strong multi-tasking skills that can handling 200 new patient leads a month
- Efficient appointment scheduling while building strong patient rapport
- Meticulous attention to detail in collecting and recording patient information
- Accurately prioritizing task while working in a fast-paced environment
- Eagerness to collaborate with the team for a seamless new patient experiences
- Willingness to become proficient with computers and an openness to learning new software
- Warm, friendly demeanor to make new patients feel at home
- Bilingual English / Spanish is highly preferred
