Your Mission:
- Spearhead efforts to grow our hygiene department to $1 million in production
- Optimize patient retention strategies to improve recurring appointment adherence
- Develop enhanced preventative care services and oral health education campaigns
- Provide exceptional chairside care utilizing advanced periodontal therapy techniques
What You'll Bring:
- 5 years' dental hygienist experience with a proven record of excellence
- Passion for advancing the preventative care model

Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly Rate: $60 - $68 per hour ($124,800 - $141,440 annual equivalent)
- Production Bonuses: 4% scale bonus on whole office collections
