The Tepedino Restaurant Group is seeking a dedicated and energetic Food Runner to join our dynamic team, at Garlic Restaurant & Bar. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.

Duties
- Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately.
- Assist servers by ensuring that all orders are prepared correctly and presented beautifully.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy shifts.
- Help with setting up banquet events or special functions as required.
- Utilize Aloha POS or other point-of-sale systems to track orders and communicate with the kitchen.
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing any customer inquiries or needs promptly.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a culinary or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for guest services and commitment to providing an outstanding dining experience.
- Must be able to lift and carry trays of food and beverages as necessary for service.
