Duties/Responsibilities :
- Create conceptual site designs that align with client goals and project objectives.
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, team members, and regulatory agencies.
- Demonstrate ability to work on multiple projects concurrently, including scheduling and budgeting.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to convey design concepts and rationale to clients.
- Select appropriate plant species while considering factors like climate, soil conditions, and maintenance requirements.
- Develop sets of detailed construction documents.
- Provide support during the construction phase, including reviewing contractor submittals, conducting site visits, and addressing any design-related issues.
Experience/Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture from an accredited program.
- 5 years of experience in the field of landscape architecture preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Technical skills in AutoCAD.
- Willingness to learn Revit.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.
- Experience in specification writing is a plus.
