We're looking for a Vice President, Data Intelligence Engineering to lead our core systems that generate and serve insights. This role reports to the Chief Technology Officer. This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days most weeks in Garner's New York City office.
Responsibilities will include :
- Own and drive the execution of your organization's quarterly deliverables and long-term strategy.
- Contribute to the development of a world-class data platform that supports data science, analytics, product, and engineering needs across the company.
- Champion and ensure the privacy and security of our users' data.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies and achieve company objectives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to your teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.
- Mentor, grow, and recruit Garner's next generation of engineering leaders.

The target salary range for this position is : $270,000 - $300,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on a variety of factors including qualifications, skills and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans. This position is also bonus eligible.
