The Garner Hotel Topeka West, Topeka, KS is currently looking for Part-time Housekeeping Attendants to join our team. Must be available to work weekdays, weekends and holidays If needed.
SHIFT STARTS AT 8:00 AM
Don't have experience? Not a problem! We have a progressive on-boarding training program that will allow you to learn all aspects of housekeeping at a pace customized to your abilities.
Job Duties:
- Clean guest rooms as assigned, including, but not limited to, making beds, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning kitchens, dusting and vacuuming
- Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities, as needed
- Perform deep cleaning tasks, as needed
- Stock & maintain housekeeping cart on a daily basis
- Dispose of trash and recyclables
- Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Complete maintenance work orders and deliver to manager or supervisor in a timely manner.
- Wear proper uniform at all times
Requirements:
- This job requires standing and walking for extended periods of time as well as bending, reaching and lifting.
- Must be able to converse in Basic English
- Must have a high level of energy
- Must enjoy working independently
- Must be a team player
