Responsibilities
Responsible for providing appropriate primary and continuing care to all patients in Garnet Health Medical Center as well as leadership, coordination, and administration. The Physician is a partner in an interdisciplinary team of primary care givers and administrative support staff to perform assigned duties while displaying the highest standards of ethical and moral conduct as well as acting in the best interest of Garnet Health Medical Center, supporting our mission, vision, and values to optimize the health and well-being of our patients.
Compensation
Garnet Health System provides a compensation range to comply with the New York State law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The range for the role is $279,789 through $323,652 annually. The range or contractual rate listed may not include bonuses / incentive, differential pay, or other forms of compensation or benefits. When determining a team member’s compensation and / or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget, and internal equity).
