We are currently seeking a creative and talented CAD Designer for our client in Saratoga Springs, NY. This position provides an exciting opportunity for the ideal candidate to grow and advance in our client's Landscape Architecture Engineering practice.
Job Duties
- Drafting Concept Plans from hand sketches, GIS Data, Aerial images
- Drafting Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Document level drawings
- Drafting revisions from Principals, Project Managers, client, and / or municipal review comments
- Calculate basic dimensions, material quantities, and square footages as well prepare quantity take-off's
- Assist with the preparation of technical reports and presentations
