Garney Construction has an immediate opening for a Marketing Specialist position in Gainesville, GA . This is a full-time, salaried position with full benefits and participation in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join our growing Marketing Team.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Evaluate new technologies to determine how to work more effectively and efficiently to meet business objectives
- Manage effectiveness of existing technology to meet business objectives (HubSpot, ShowPad, Canto)
- Manage Marketing Specialist in day-to-day responsibilities; develops talent
- Train Marketing and Operations on marketing / communication-related practices
- Oversee vision of overall marketing and communications initiatives; work acquisition initiatives
- Execute strategic planning in support of comprehensive marketing team vision, goals, and objectives
- Perform benchmarking in designated markets, including competition, strategic intelligence, and market and industry trends
