What are the responsibilities and job description for the 2nd Shift Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Operator position at Garonit Pharmaceutical?
Summary :
Operator will manufacture a pharmaceutical active ingredient in liquid form. Stage material, charge equipment following the batch record. Fill the batch in the required packaging configurations. Perform warehouse functions such as loading and unloading of trucks.
Hours : 3 : 30 PM to 12 : 00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities :
- Cleaning of room and equipment, and assembly of clean
- Weighing and staging all material for production.
- Charging mixing vessels.
- Perform manufacturing duties accurately in a GMP compliant manner.
- Fill products into appropriate containers. Label all containers with appropriate labels.
- Maintaining a clean production area.
- Accurately complete batch record documentation.
- Pack and label materials as required.
- Prepare products for shipping.
- Load and unload trucks.
- Organize warehouse with pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Other duties assigned by Management.
Education :
High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read and write in English. Ability to perform calculations.
