WHAT'S REQUIRED?
Our Auto Repair Service Advisor normally works from 7 : 00 am - 4 : 00 pm, Monday - Friday . Here's what we're looking for :
This position keeps our automotive shop running smoothly and ensures our customers receive the top-quality services they deserve. Keeping customer service at the forefront, you speak with people about their automotive needs and pass this information on to the technicians. You let the customer know what services need to be completed and create accurate estimates for the work. You explain why the customer should approve the job and suggest additional work when appropriate. Your efforts help keep our shop successful and our workdays smooth!
