Construction Administrator

What We Are Looking For:
The Construction Administrator is responsible for assisting the Project Manager and other team members with daily tasks such as:
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Helping to coordinate and manage project tasks and deliverables.
- Liaising with project stakeholders (clients, colleagues, subcontractors, and vendors) concerning project details and deliverables
- Analyzing data as required
- Assisting in the planning and implementation of projects
- Conducting administrative duties (i.e. answering phones, setting up Teams meetings, restocking office supplies)
- Tracking and reporting project progress
- Managing warehouse materials for potential job site
- Keeping track of any/all inventory
- Performing other duties assigned by the Project Manager and President in an orderly and efficient manner.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3 years’ experience in project management or administrative assistance
- Proficiency in any management software (eg. ProCore)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent multitasking skills
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Punctual, dependable, and reliable

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
